R100 burger ice cold patties

<p>Whent to go to do some shopping at kollonade. Afterwords the kids said they want to go to spur. I ordered the Chees, bacon and gaucomolie burger Stacked for R100. They put a huge toothpick in the centre of the burger so it does not fall apart wich the broke of so i had to open the burger from the patties. To my suprise the patties are ice cold and as in it came from the freezer. The waiter insisted that he will call the manager which then came and agreed that it is wrong they served me cold patties but could for no apperant reason explain to me if they prepare there food in the mornings or if the are serving me left overs somoene else did not want. all she could say is they will bring me new food. That i would obvously not want after being served food from the fridge at R100 for a burger which i would say is quite expensive a customer expects fresh food prepaired at that moment. Not flame grilled more like fridge stored. Inv num: ***5 and no the burger is not on there they took it off. I will not return there at all that is the type of food that will make people land in hospital with food poisoning. An explenation would have been appreciated. And just a note the burger took about 10min from ordering to get to our table so it definitely did not go that cold from standing outside. Atleast a rocomamas opened up next door burgers are allot cheaper and freshly made.</p>
