Quality of food is horrible

On the 25th of August it was my mother's birthday so we took her to Abenaki Spur for supper,I just have to say how disappointed I was with the quality of their food,I ordered a grilled chicken burger,the chicken filled was as flat as a blade so to speak,the crunch burger for R24 at KFC is thicker and much more value for money than that burger! The manager was very kind and asked me if I want a crumbled burger instead,I accepted,but my oh my..that burger was literally like rubber!! My mother had the pensioners special,chicken snitchzel it was just as dry...we were a family of six,my three kids,husband and mom,we all felt we could've gone to Burger King or KFC and we would've been more satisfied...
