I hosted birthday party, made a booking but we were informed that there was no need to make a booking. When we got there we were asked if we made a booking and I told the manager that was present what we were told on the. Well Senzeni found tables for us. We ordered food which almost took 2 hours to be served. The service was really bad we were not treated as customers my biggest worry was the kids who were hungry. I bought a deal from daddy's deal which was R750 for 10 kids wen the bill arrived we were asked to pay extra R300 for 3 kids their explanation was that the deal only cover for 7 kids n it will be R700 like who doesnt understand the word promotion. We refused to pay for that money. The kids were not given spur masks as it was a birthday party. A lot was going on I'm a loyal spur customer and it was my first time going to Chippewa Spur. I have received best services from other spurs. I found it so ****** because the Muslims were breaking their fast we arrived early but most of them came after us they were served first and we were last. I found it very inconvenient and not treating people the same. The only thing they were supposed to tell us as we walked in was simple " we urge you to bare with us it's a busy day today the orders u going to make, the food will be ready after and hour or 2.
