Pregnant waiters forced to work double shifts

Good day,<br> <br> I am seriously concerned after yesterday afternoon while enjoying a meal at Spur overhearing a female manager instructing one of the waiters, who is also female to work a double shift. I then checked with one of the other waiters and was informed that this lady working as a waiter is pregnant and that the managers are forcing them to work double shifts, I do not appreciate this type of treatment towards their staff. I was also informed that Spur waiters are not allowed to sit down during any time of their working hours, I can just imagine working 8 hours on your feet the whole day and on top of that being pregnant as well.<br> <br> This is really not acceptable and something needs to be done about it. No Pregnant woman should be forced to work double shifts. Really sad to know Spur in Springs will no longer be receiving my support.
