Precooked meat raw and smelly

On the 9th of November my family and I went to spur in Cavendish Square. Only to be served raw meat and after complaining about it to management was told that they get the meat precooked from the supplier which Spur head office approve. Yet after telling him that my wife, mother inlaw and myself meat is not even cooked it's still raw. The manager took my to the fridge to so me and I noticed a very strong smell of rotten meat which he told me there is a problem with the fridge. This is unacceptable as we had to give out extra money to take my son out for his birthday. Precooked meat that's frozen and reheated is a manger health concern.
