Precious - manager at Falcon Fouls Spur

I would like to compliment Precious - Manager at Falcon Fouls Spur. We had an issue regarding the spur points card. it was never registered, at first we were very irritated by the whole situation and had to phone the customer number to register and kept getting a recording saying the number was incorrect. she assisted us very professionally and calming the situation down, took the responsibility of phoning and registering the card. She has excellent people skills and I feel she can handle any situation professionally and also managing her staff very well. She definitely needs to be rewarded in some way. THANK YOU PRECIOUS.
