Prairie Eagle Spur Steak Ranch - Disgusting Service - Remove the vegetarian option

To Whom This May Concern:

I found a piece of Steak fat in my vegetarian burger on the night of 1 October 2018 (after 8pm) at Prairie Eagle Spur Steak Ranch. My wife and I were totally disgusted. We raised the issue with the manager on duty and he promised us he would replace the meals. He had brought the meal with under-cooked burgers, fries and onion rings that were fried for the second time. To add add the cherry on the cake that forced us to leave immediately from this restaurant was that he put the burgers that we cut into back on the grill (contaminating meals for other customers). When we told the manager we were leaving after 1 hour or more of waiting for our meal, he asked us not to leave and he would make fresh meals for take away. The manager admitted he had re-cooked the burgers instead of giving us new ones. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I hope to hear from the Spur Head Office on this matter.
