Portia literally fast asleep on the Job

On two occasions I have when sitting close by the play area I have noticed that Portia the person responsible for my kids was not doing her her job. The first was incident was when she sat on one of the games having a fat conversation with 2 of her colleagues while she scratched in her mouth taking food out of her teeth and then touching the kids.How disgusting is that? Next incident was on the 19.04.2015 when she feel asleep on the steps, when i informed the waiter Nikky she immediately woke her up. She now knew I informed the waiter and was very angry giving me and my niece dirty looks. How can she do this she is responsible for our kids playing and wont even notice if any of them gets hurt because she is sleeping, in fact one of the girls knocked her head while she was sleeping. To me it seems as if the play area is a break area for Spurs staff as the staff take their calls under the slide and they congregate and have fat conversations while they should work. i would love to work there as i will get paid for doing nothing. I love eating at Zevenwaght Spur as the waiter are awesome but the only thing that concerns me are there are *********** people responsible for my children.
