Poor survice

<p>My husband and I went to spur at the Boarwalk in Port Elizabeth on the 3rd of Febuary.</p> <p>We got there at 9:30, the waiter only came to us to get our order at 10:00, when we were looking for our waiter to find out when our food will be ready she was standing in front in the interence chatting with her friends. I had to ask the manager to please find out when we will receive our order.</p> <p>Only at almost 11:00 we received our food, I had the Valintines Special, when I made my order, I told the waiter what starter, main and dessert I would take, I had to wait a long time inbetween to receive the main and the dessert. Very poor! When we wanted to pay, we also had to search for our waiter, again she was standing and chatting with friends.</p> <p>When we received our drinks, she broke the glass near my baby's pram, and the ice landed on me. The second time she also dropped the coldrink can at our table....</p> <p>I was also a waiter, and really we had good training on how to serve our customers, to wait this long periods to get service and your order is really bad. It was really not a fun eat out.</p> <p>We only left spur at 13:00.... </p>
