Poor Spur Steak Ranch customer care

Spur Loyalty rewards point not done. I took this up with Spur Riversdale on 2 occasions, was told that it was done manually. It has been nearly 2 weeks, still nothing. Contacted Customer care and was told to mail them details!! No response from them either!!!!
