POOR SERVICES!!!

On Saturday we were a group of 10 ladies from work went through toDaytona Spur for a team building, all excited we decided to go to Spur because we always have our team buildings breakfast at different Spur. this was far the worst experience EVER . Firstly we got in at 10.00 placed our drinks/food orders at 10.05 and received the drinks at 10.40, we received our food at 11.20 i ordered the Ranch breakfast which came without the mushroom and the toast, my friend had the chicken snitzel and veg, the spinach had so much of salt that it was not even edible, the waitress didn't have knowledge of the menu to even assist us in a manner that 1 would want to be assisted in. we waited 20mins to receive 2 glasses of water the food was cold and even thou we complained to the waitress nothing was done to even appease us.When we went in they had no seats to accommodate us,when we found a table that could accommodate us, we were to move ourselves!!!!! Like Seriously now...... the standards at spur is dropping and you guy's are going to loose clients, you guy's really ruined the breakfast we ladies was looking forward to, thank god that we were able to recover from that terrible morning
