Poor service. The worst

Customer service deat spur in mall of the north is the worst i have ever experienced in my entire existence. I waited for the good 35 minutes to be seated for them to take customer to take customers that arrived way after me. The lady at the counter and the manager couldn't assist with anything they were so overwhelmed they looked so defeated and could not even talk to the waiter. It was just a mess, yhooo I will never
