Poor Service Standards Alamo Spur in Bellville, Cape Town

<p>I am totally disgusted with the service standards at the Alamo Spur in Bellville, Cape Town, The food was raw, the waiter was rude. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he made all sorts of excuses like for example, all the customers prefer their meat soft. Does that mean it must not be cooked? I will never go there again.</p>
