Poor service Spur Observatory

Today, the 17th June we celebrated my son's 5th Birthday at the Eagle Eye Spur in Observatory. To our disappointment this day was hinged with extremely poor service, unprofessionalism as well complete disregard to customers. After bookings a party with the branch the manager addressed as "Fawaaz" took down numerous incorect information even after calling more than 4 times to keep tabs on our booking. After arriving a half an hour earlier I was shocked to see the childrens party table with just placements. I politely asked the staff to please put down crayons and worksheets as well as party packets which are provided by Spur with their birthday package. They then only added crayons and worksheets assuring me party packets were done and they would hand out party packets towards the end of the party. Our table which consists of 18kids and 25 adults only consisted of placemats, absolutely no cutlery or plates. As we receive our waiter, she took our orders and our food literally came in with drips and drabs even after 2hours of being at the venue. Apart from that we only saw our waiter once she took our order and food that came out the kitchen had multiple incorrect orders. Still our waiter was nowhere to be found. I literally had to get up numerous times chasing others waiter even another manager Chris for assistance. I got so bad that I literally went to the kitchen to put my order through or check up on our orders myself. We also constantly had to ask for cutlery, even after our food had arrived. Once we receive our food there were multiple mistakes, again I had to run to the kitchen and to other waiter to explain as my waiter was nowhere to be found. Finally, after our meal especially kids table, kids dessert was up next. No1 cleant our table and in disgust I cleant up the kiddies table on my own while Spur staff seems more preoccupied with other customers. Our waiter Ayanda did not once check up on us or our meal, we the customers were constantly running to the manager and the kitchen to fix the problems. While waiting on the slide of the kitchen I witnessed kitchen staff using their bare hands to prepared food which was utterly disgusting. The floors were extremely dirty and I even had a fall on it, as you can observe from your camera footage. The cherry on top of it all was when our kiddies party packages were not complete or even compiled. A staff member brought us a box of supplies and us the customers started to make up our own party packets. We approached the manager once more "Fawaaz" who was extremely rude, uncooperative and actually tried to blame us for your poor customer service, not even acknowledging all the faults and unprofessionalism of your staff. Would like action to be taken.
