Poor service SPUR

Monday 27 December 2021 Robertson Spur. 19.00 We ordered 6 take away burgers, knowing which time of the year it is, we specifically asked how long it will take. We were informed 15-20 minutes. We are staying in a neighboring town and my kids drove there. Upon arrival we paid and then the wait began. I spoke telephonically to the manager, person September. The lady confirmed that she is the manager on duty. Upon complaining to her, she suddenly changed her mind and said that there is another manager on duty. End of the story was a big SORRY?
