Poor Service from Spur Jabulani Mall

Spur Jabulani Mall staff not professional and helpful and head office customer service to lay complain also not helpful and not resolving issues faced by customers.

I made an online order and paid the order to Jabulani Spur and when I drove to the branch to go collect my food firstly the cashier did not help me and was not even keen to help me and later on some manager came and she failed and after few minutes they called the manager who called me "Chief" and told him not to call me "Chief " and gave my name also he could not see my order and continue to call me "Chief" after 40minutes of no help I then decided to go and as I was walking out the branch I called the head office number and was told to write an email. I did that same time after the call. After 3 days I received a response that the money was reversed back to my account.
