poor service from spur

My family and I visited the spur in Uitenhage expecting the same service we received from the one in Greenacres. We all ordered our meals and waited in excitement because we know the food is to die for. its so mouth watering. We all ordered the same meals. painted buffalo wings with chips instead of the onion rings but instead we only received the onion rings with no chips so the waitress took back all our plates. While we waited, our drinks were nearly empty and we still handn't received our food so it was a definite that we'll have to get drinks again. 20 minutes passed and we were still waiting, only to find that our waitress was conversing with another waitress and as soon as she came to our table, our food was already cold. We called the manager because we weren't pleased at all by how we were being treated and when we tipped our waitress she gave us an attitude because we tipped her the way she treated us <br> <br> This was extremely bad service because our expectations had been dragged down and we weren't fully given attention even by the manager.
