Poor service from management and customer care.

I contacted the Spur customer services logging a complaint about poor customer service received at one of the branches. It is over one week and no feedback is given. Spur says they care about their customers but they do not as complaints are swept under the carpet and accept poor customer service to be given to customers. I logged the complaint with Elmarie. I sent emails to her but she does not bother to contact me. Why is the service standards dropping. Are customers just a number or are we not important. Though I advised her I will go to social media it does not bother her.
