Poor Service

This was honestly the most awful experience that I have had at any Spur. We wanted to treat our daughter to Spur for her first birthday. After we finished our mains we were immediately asked by the waitress for our rewards card, assuming that we wanted the bill. However we still wanted dessert. We ordered dessert at just short of 6.20pm and waited over 40 minutes with constant waving trying to catch the waitresses attention. It was not even a busy hour as there were only 5 table pre occupied. Eventually due to a 1 year old being tired and irritated, we got up and only once seeing us walk to pay our bill(still waiting for the dessert) they ran to fetch the dessert which was too late.

The owner did apologize however it was too late for us to sing to our daughter and have dessert. Definitely a waste of money for us.
