Poor service Eastrand mall spur

I got to spur silver peak steak ranches in eastrand mall, got offered a place to sit and that's was the last I go service no waiter/waitress assisted me, after 45 mins later I decided to leave as it was clear i wasnt going to be assisted at all. Tried communicating to the one o the waiters the only they just stared and me and looked the other waiy, would never recommend eastrand mall spur to anyone
