Poor service

The spur situated in Bloemfontein Ai they are not busy at all, ironically the waiter ask me if she could take the wine list menu not even asking me if I have assisted or take my order after waiting for some time to be served, eventually assisted by a waiter being early I was told I was a bit late to order breakfast, lol
