Poor service

Spur Steak RanchesService WATERFRONT Last Saturday 13/3/2022 my son and I received an appalling service ,hostess sleepy by the door -to a table with food crumbs , to being served food but no cutlery.Spend years celebrating special moments with my family .I couldn’t believe how the service has become this pathetic .Finally the manager came and a very nice guy took my sons meal out my bill.Still my perspective about Spur is changed forever shame😌
