poor service delivery

went to celebrate my daughters birthday at spur and it was a total disappointment. the waiter was confused she didnt even bring us cutlery we had to ask for it.portions were terribly small. my daughter did not even recieve her icecream until after i paid the bill and asked why nor did they sing for her. deffinetly wont be wasting my time again going there. change in management has deffinetly effected the customer service and service delivery
