Poor service

Spur Steak ranch in gordens Bay offered the most pathetic service. On arrival we needed a table for two. We asked to sit and wait until we could be seated, which took slightly longer than 10mins.we were then led to a table which hadnt even been cleaned. Given the menu and just just totally ignored. Opposite our table were 3 open tables which were yet to be cleaned and a few more open on the other side. So why the wait at the door? And why should your patrons eat opposite dirty tables? 3of them. The waiter in our section along side the many passing never showed no interest. Instead the people at the table behind us were in complaint of the section waiter bringing them wrong orders all the time. After being ignored for 15mins into the wait then only a manager did a walk about and asked if we ve been seen to. By then I had enough of all the wait, told him it's fine and we left. ****py service, inexperienced waiters but more important a waste of time. I cant believe it was such an effort and so time consuming to try and have a simple meal at a simple family restaurant like spur.
