Poor service

We received very poor service... We were sitted by the ladies at the door... And it took 30 mins for someone to come tell us that she is our waitress but she is busy with other people. Eventually when she decided to serve us... She was not concentrating... Brought food cold, didn't bring hand washing bowls for us as we were eating ribs... We had to look for our waitress the whole time... Disappointed is an under statement
