Poor service Choctaw spur Kimberley 20.09.18 after 19:00

I ordered food over the phone, was told it will be ready in 20 minutes, I get there thirty minutes later still the food is not ready. When the food is finally ready frothy five minutes later, the attendants are busy counting tips instead of passing my food. I had to stand up and demand they make me pay and take my food. I get home, the order is wrong on top of everything, no s****, no fork, no spice it's just two boxes of food and the waiter couldn't even check what was in the plastic because they were busy with tips.
