Poor Service by Spur steakhouse - Westgate

My spouse visited the Spur steakhouse in Westgate, Roodepoort at 2 occasions. On the first instance she arrived at the door waiting to be seated. $ employees was chatting some general discussion and just ignored her. She said to the group that she is disappointed in their service and turned around leaving the shop. They did not even bother to try and stop her. Last week she visited the shopping center and decided to order a take away from Spur. At the counter was a woman pumping paper slips into the computer. When my wife ask for service she rep**** " cant you see I am busy" it was load shedding and now that the power is back I input the paper into the machine. My spouse responded with a question of must I wait until you finished all those papers in your hand on which the woman said yes. Behind her was 2 more customers waiting for service and the on gentleman decided to go and look for food somewhere else as did my wife. The woman then responded when she left and tried to call her back but well done to the Spur team who believes that there are many customers they dont need to help a white old lady of 66 years visiting the Spur. I think more people should stay away from Spur West Gate as there service is not good at all.
