Poor Service, Bad, Cold Food

Hot chocolate was ordered,it arrived with the saucer full of spilt chocolate drink. We ordered a medium steak, received raw steak, not even braised. We requested the steak to be grilled to the required standard. <br> <br> We then received the steak back covered in a watery lemon something. While they tried to rectify the steak, the chips on the plate became ice cold. We received the meal back like this: a watery steak with ice cold chips.<br> <br> Although the manager attended to the neighbouring tables he never made an effort to establish whether we were satisfied with the service rendered. <br> <br> As this was our second disappointing experience at this establishment, we would surely not recommend this restaurant to any customers.<br> <br> PS. The waiter who served us also smelled very strongly of alcohol.
