Poor service

As a regular customer of Spur I always go there and enjoy there food...

Today however, my experience was different... Poor waiting s****s from the waitor who did not acknowledge us for 30 minutes as we wanted to order dessert... The managers walk passed also and did not ask us if everything was okay... I eventually was fed up, stood up to pay and leave... The waitor did not even introduce himself to us so I don't know his name... I expected much better from Spur.. I will think twice about going there in the future...
