Poor Service at Spur

My colleagues ordered rack of ribs each on Tuesday evening 4 June 2018 but after returning the food 3x because it was cold they gave up and ate it cold. The manageress was called and the incident discussed. We paid the bill and left, but will not return there again. It seems the kitchen staff did not attempt to put the meat on the flames to reheat it even once.
