Poor service at Shadow Canyon Spur Steak Ranch Colesberg

The worst service ever experienced at a Spur Steak Ranch branch.!!!My partner and I were traveling from Bloemfontein on our way to Colesberg. We decided to stop at the Shadow Canyon Spur Steak Ranch at the Caltex next to the N1. We arrived at the site around 19:45 only to find the doors closed and locked already while trading hours on the door indicated their open from 8:00 till 21:00. We saw other customers seated and served. We decided to knock on the door but with no response from the staff members. After waiting awhile a waiter approached us. To our dissapointment the waiter informed us that they're closed due to alot of products being out of stock yet they were serving customers inside. The waiter then suggested we should rather make use of the Steers further down the road. Perfect way to attract customers and thumbs up to Spur Steak Ranches for promoting other busnisses for free...
