Poor service at Oak Ridge Spur

I will not go back to Oak Ridge Spur at The Grove Mall. Firstly we order coffies and we also ordered our meals. When the coffies arrived it was cold. When the food arrived, nun of the food was what we ordered and above all it was icy cold. Three tables that was occupied after we ordered our food, was surved and they already left before we have been surved with our order ( icy cold ) The so called Manager took our order and the Waiter confermed the order with us and still the order was not right.
