Poor service at Northgate Spur

Good day I am complaining about Spur Northgate. I went and ordered food in pereon for take away it took 30minutes to be prepared I'm not sure why as the spur was so empty. A few minutes later when I got home I noted that the 3 boxes of Buffalo wings given we extremely dry and so small. I then called in to report this to the manager who called me back, Themba and advised that he would arrange a fresh set of wings to be deliveredto my house. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes to be sent a msg that they were trying to get ahold of me to no avail. Yet no one buzzed the bell of my house not even once. I called Themba back to ask for the 3 boxes of wings again and was told it.will be sorted tomorrow. This was unacceptable for me and my family as it was my husband's birthday. I spent about R900 on my bill to be stuck serving tiny dry looking wings on a loved ones birthday. I will not be wasting my hard-earned money at spur. There are other places within the same price range with way better service. The kitchen failed me along with the manager Themba. This is an *********** team
