Poor service at best😌😒

I ordered and paid for a Takeaway Combo & a Starter on Friday the 18th Feb 2022. I confirmed the order will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes time. I went to other shops for 45 minutes and came back to collect my order, it was not ready. I had to wait for another 10 minutes, it was still not ready. The 1st guy went to check & came back with nothing, the 2nd guy went and didn't come as I already told him I really have to go. 50 minutes later, I left without my paid up order. I'm really disappointed with them, as it's like empty promises. It happened before in 2021 & I ignored it, I'm sure if there is some race profiling going on there, but I hate it when I'm being treated like ******* 😒 😑. I called the following day and reported the matter & the guy that took my call didn't even bother apologizing, he only listened & kept quiet. I took a decision to never set my foot there, as I deserve better treatment surely it's not a government's free parcel.
