Poor Service at Apache Spur, Cape Town

I visited the Apache Spur in Strand Street, Cape Town at about 21h15 on Tuesday 22 December 2015 after attending a show. As we had a 12-year old kid with us who needed something to eat, we decided to go to the Spur, we were three adults and one child. The waitron at the door told us that they are closing at 10pm and cannot take any more orders. I then asked if we could have coffee and she said the coffee machine was switched off already. At this point she started talking to a female colleague of hers in Xhosa. I interrupted her and asked her if we could maybe sit down for a quick dessert. She then told me she will go and check in the kitchen and left. We waited for about 15minutes for her to return, and left when never returned.
