Poor service and very rude stuff

I’m not happy at all with the attitude of that stuff , I ordered 2 salads as takeaway and they came with bbq sauce , i then called to get the right sauces for my salad and I was told someone will bring the right sauces , I waited and waited , later I get a call to say that someone was at the door waiting for me i then responded to say I didn’t know he was here already as I was also working , fair enough they said he will come again in 5 minutes and he took 10 minutes and I was still waiting by the door, to my surprise he brought another bbq sauce and the salad and French fry dressing , i then asked him who eats a salad with that and where are the rest of the sauces that I always get when I order a salad , I didn’t get an answer and I gave the guy the whole order and told him to give it to his manager and have it with the bbq sauce if the manager thinks it’s ok to have a salad with those sauces , later on I receive a call to a very rude lady saying she didn’t know what I ordered otherwise she would have gave the guy the right sauces and asked me why I didn’t check my order I asked her why do I need to check my order to get the right sauces ? After she says to me why did I tell the guy that she must eat the salad it’s wrong of me , then I asked her what I was supposed to say coz two mistakes are done on the same order and now this feels like a confrontation, all I’m saying is that the lady needs to have a way and a manner of talking to a customer and learn how to handle a complaint, I am not happy at all I ended up telling the lady to keep the food because I feel really disrespected and I know this is not how Spur does things it’s not the standard I know or that I’m used to
