Poor service and raw food.

I was so dissapointed last night I took my fiancee out for his birthday on 14/02/2020. When we arrived we were helped by Akhona showed us our table.

Then she left and came back 15 minutes later to ask us about drinks, then she left, it took her forever to bring us the drinks, eventually she she did, we placed our order and we had to wait for 45 minutes to receive our order, people who arrived after us got their order way before us. She didn't even apologise, when my order arrived ribs and buffalo wing she said she will bring the chips, that was the last time I saw her, never brought the chips.

Then my worse night mare. My ribs were ice cold, they were still frozen with ice in them, just topped up with the sauce, I ask the manager Dallas , he came apologised and took the plate, 20 minutes later the plate came back, the ribs were still not cooked and Dallas had already left.

Asked a waitress that was serving table 32 to pls call the manager for me, k the was one passing, she called and told her my problem, she said she is still busy she will come, waited for 20 minutes without her showing up, finally I saw Dallas again in their kitchen went to ask for him, told him to please bring our bill, he came and apologised for the mess again took the plate and said "can i please bring you a take away, to apologise properly, just give 5 minutes of you time, pls mam".

30 minutes passed no bill, no as sorry takeaway, I was so angry and hungry. We got up and went to the till told them our table number 36, she told us the price, paid and left.

In my entire life I have never been so disgraced and humiliated like that.

My children love spur but after my ordeal I don't see myself walking in any spur doors ever again. Am so disappointed with Spur.
