Poor service and food

Very disappointed in the service that was delivered tonight at spur fish hoek, from the food to the waiter and not to mention our bill aswel...

So we ordered crumbed mushrooms for a starter and as my husband lift 1 he finds calamari and a small piece of hake batter underneath the rest, main meal hubby has 600gr ribs,no wet wipes or water issued hubby then decides to go to the bathroom to wash his hands then only the waiter came with the wipes and water. Bill and take away boxes was brought 20minutes after I asked for it and when bill finally comes we were charged for 800gr ribs R30 extra... Is this really disappointing.
