Poor service
So last night we went to Sabino Spur malmesbury to celebrate my moms birthday. Had to wait half an hour for a waiter to come ask what we would like to drink . Yes , I understand they have others to attend to and I’m fine with that but due to covid. Every second table had people , which means the Spur was not that full at all. I have a 11 month old baby who tried grabbing a glass and it broke on the table . I called the waiter who brought me a few serviettes to clean it up . I then had to ask for a cloth and the wet serviettes to be removed. I’m not a lazy person but if I was the waiter I would have asked my customers to please get up so I could clean, main reason being that there is a baby and anything can happen . Anyway Then baby falls asleep and wakes up crying because the splinters of the glass fell on the seat and cut his ear . Resulting in him waking up with blood coming out of his ear . The person who was suppose to be have first aid training asked us what we needed, not sure if she even had training coz she didn’t know what to give or to use in the situation. So I had to clean his ear myself with the help of my sister. Cherry on the cake , no one came to ask if my baby was ok . Not even the manager. This kind of service and is pathetic to say the least . They definitely never seeing me again.
