Poor service

Sunday 28th June 2015, i went to spur goodwood sen that they the only halaal spur in the northen suburbs. We had to break fast at 17:50. I arrived at 17:45, my seat wasnt reserved, nor was i offered water to commence with breaking my fast. I place my order at 18:00, which was (steak 350g and ribs 600g, and a garlice roll ,two milkshakes) at 18:15 we recieve our shakes, with our bread!!not garlic roll it was as thick as a VETKOEK! @19:00 i was didnt recieve my food,i spoke to LALA MANGER,she is uptill today comimg back to me to tell me why they taking so long!. We complained by four different managers nobody bothered. I left without eating,but had to pay for poor service,i wasnt given a plate nor knifes ir forks. Glasses had the previouse customers finger marks on it still. When i requested a side plate it came with hair on it!!. They took my details and im still awaiting the call.<br> <br> They couldve stayed an unhalaal spur, the management is perthetic and so are the waitress.<br> PLEASE DO THINK TWICE OF GOING TO GOODWOOD SPUR! THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME,JUST DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS!.
