Poor Service

I went to Spur in 194 Nelson Mandela Drive. I entered at the same time as two other men, the waiter greeted me normally and greeted the other two with a handshake as if he knew them. I was taken to a table and left with a menu. I was talking to my wife who was in Ladysmith via Whatsapp. We started talking at 6 minutes past 4 at 28 minutes past I approached the manager as I still had not been helped. She did not even apologise. I asked for HO contact details. She have me a card with the contact numbers on I assumed that it was the HO number and phoned them. I only realised much later that I was actually reporting her to herself. She had given me the restuarants contact details and becuase I was not from Bloemfontein assumed that the Spur HO was in Bloemfontein. It was only the next day after I Googled the Spur site did I realise what she had done. After my phonecall to \HO"did she phone back from a different number and apologised. I told her it was not acceptable and that her apology was only done after I had contacted their \""HO\"". She did offer to personally bring my meal to the hotel next door. What a joke - must I now accept my food from somebody I had just peed off!!!!"""
