POOR SERVICE

I was at N1 City Spur on Saturday 2nd March 2024,i had 7 kids which had birthdays and we requested for the birthday vouchers which was loaded on my app and my sisters app.We placed our orders the moment we got there my parents was with us they pensioners.We waited an half and hour for our drinks,not knowing why?Only a few minutes after that a waiter came and said they speaking to customer care about a vouchers.We waited another half an hour with no water or drinks at our table,while the children was complaining about thirst and hunger.My parents still waiting on they order as well which was placed an hour ago.The waiter is no where to be found i had to ask a different waiter just for a glass of water for my son.,Eventually the waiter came and she said she was ordered not to serve us before they sorted out the voucher. My sister had to call customer after they blocked our voucher cards. They phoned us back saying our birthdays is on the same date not even asking if we are related it turns out we twins and of course the dates would be the same. Not even a SORRY or nothing for the embarrassment.We had to pay for all the kids meals and only after they rectified the voucher gave me back a R149.00. They have poor service i will never go there again.
