Poor service
<p>So yesterday i decided to take my husband to spur and received the worst possible service ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>First of all we arrived just after 20:00. We then ordered. I ordered the lamb chops, my husband ordered the lazy aged steak. Besides that my husband and i order crumbed mushroom starter as well as a cheesy garlic roll. After about 15 mins the waiter comes back and informs us theres no lamb chops as they were very busy during the day. She asks if i want anything else and i said no. I decided i will then rather share with my husband because it should be enough for two plus we have the starters. Another 10 minutes later the kitchen manager comes to me and says they are out of stock on cheesy garlic rolls. So now im starting to get iritated because i have place my order more than 25 minutes ago. I feel that the staff should have been informed beforehand if they did not have stock of certain items because 25 minutes has just been wasted. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then we receive the lazy aged steak and oh my gosh it was so salty that no human could consume it. My husband decides to send it back because at this point i am ready to go but decided to stay because we are out as a family. Not even 5 minutes later we get the replacement meal which was the exact same meat but just basted and grilled again. I could not believe it. The place was empty and they really messed it up. They then made a new piece of steak and i could not believe it was raw. I was so digusted. Sent it back again. They grilled it more. Came back and it was so dry that you couldnt even really cut through it. Now by this time it was after 22:00 and we have not received a proper meal. Now through all this what iritated me most was the manager. I mean really now he had no compassion as he tells you he understands that we are upset but then he doesnt ensure that the food is up to standard afted we already had so many mishaps. He asks me to allow him an opportunity to fix it. He comes and tells me and my husband you can each order a free drink i mean who in heavens name offers people a free drink and then you just mess it up again. Is this the kind of service that we get from spur? I never in my life experienced this level of service. I would rather go where i would get decent service so spur you can seriously go to hell with your **** service. I hope that you step up your game for your other clients as you wont be seeing me again.</p>
