Poor service

<p>I decided to eat at the Sarasota Spur in Braamfontein. Not only were the glasses wet but the placemats that my fiance and I were given were filthy. I love Spur but being expected to eat in dirty surroundings is completely unacceptable. The service was so slow that we were waiting for our meal for over half an hour. Our waitress barely came to check up on us despite us complaining to theme manager. You really ought to look more into your customer service because your food is expensive enough as it is for me to accept sub-standard service.</p>
