POOR SERVICE

<p>New manager at spur in Somerset Mall not good at all,</p> <p>Myself and my Family went to spur for a cozy dinner only to turn back because the New manager decided that he was not going to change the channel from Soccer to Rugby. it was not just for my family it was for others to. we ended up all sitting in the food court watching the rugby match and gues what no dinner, I ask the manager are you prepared to loose all of these customers as it looks very empty inside he said he cannot change the channel sorry, for the years and times we've been at that spur, never were we treated like this it was alwasys a customer first policy, and never was that spur so emty it was always busy and jam packed. Sorry new magager your service sucks</p>
