Poor service!!

Spur in East Rand Mall has the worst service ever!!! I'm very much dissapointed at the service at Spur in East Rand Mall,ordered a Apache combo and the meal came looking like it was someone's left overs,I complained and I was told the is a mistake on the advert ribs are 100g and not 200g and Chops are also 100g not 200g the waiter forgot to inform us before placing an order so basically the adverts are misleading us??!! I was given extra ribs..The chips were even cold then I bought a burger before leaving and asked that it must be a take-away,when I got home I ate the burger and it tasted like coal,the entire burger was burnt.I don't understand how you sell a burger that is burnt to a customer...
