Poor Service

Going to Spur for a birthday should be a pleasant outing.On Monday 14th we took 9 people to Spur to celebrate a birthday.Arriving with balloons and presents should highlight the festivity.Unfortunately we watched people who arrived at the same time as us eat and leave and new people arrive,order and get food.Only after complaining was there a flurry of action and food arrived.All be it that the order was not right and we ended up having to get take aways as a corrective measure post the meal.<br> The absolute pity is this store was so much better and the service levels have just dropped..<br> Having people apologising at the end cant fix the fact that the birthday didn`t live up to our expectations and that this was as a direct result of shoddy service.A really disapointing effort.<br>
