Poor service

Very poor service received from Spur's waitress , and secondly over charged me i paid half cash and the other half was card the waiter went and swiped the full amount instead of half. I had to go back using my time.

My husband received water in a dirty glass, when we requested lemon water he than said the lemon is all ready packed away.
