Poor service

Spur n1 city sucks. They keep clapping hands in your ears every few mins for the stupid birthday song. You wait forever to be helped by incompetend staff. Never get orders right. The food is great. The managers and running of day to day business is almost to child like levels. Managers sit around right in front of you and ignore you while you wait to be seated. Please fix this ****.
