Poor service

I always go to the branch in Trade Route, and the service was always"not exceptional" but "OK", however the service i received yesterday was appalling. The waiter whom I've never seen there before, was not consistent. He never enquired on whether we had a family card, he was only informed on that by my husband and the points were only added after the bill went through. He apologized for that. We ordered the combo, ribs with buffalo wings and the veg of the day, as i wanted to feedbacl my 1 month old baby. At first the waiter created an expectation that it was available, but later on informed us that there was no pumpkin and that it was still being prepared. This was after 12h00 in the afternoon. The buffalo wings was cold (as if it was left overs) and for the love of me, spur prides themselve on the best mouth watering ribs , but the ribs yesterday was cold and tough...i'm surprised that i still have all my front teeth. What 's up with the Hawain pizza's on the kiddies menu. I ordered two of those for my toddlers, can you ever cut the pineapple in such big chunks , that does not even look appealing. Children are fussy and do not prefer to eat fruit and veg, the idea is for the healthy bits to be there but disguised and hidden well. It clearly looked as if the person who was preparing this, was in quite a hurry as the pineapple chunks was just thrown all over. It was quiet but we waited forever for our order. I was not happy with the service at all, you becoming like the franchise in Southgate..pathetic service.
